Qualifying Criteria

The following list gives an indication of client circumstances that are suitable for an Evolution QROPS solution

• Client has UK Pension net transfer value in excess of £100,000
• Client lives, or is planning to, live abroad
• Client is likely to be out of the UK for 5 full tax years

Evolution is available to all individuals, whatever their nationality, leaving or having left the UK who want to consolidate their UK pensions in a recognised QROPS solution.
